Please ensure that your documents are submitted correctly to ensure a swift onboarding process, verification and payout.
Bank card: which side or both? ↓
Bank documents
Correct: Name, IBAN (bank account number) and expiry date clearly visible. ↓
Incorrect: Card is only partially visible. ↓
Incorrect: Blurred / difficult to read. ↓
Incorrect: The card number is not an IBAN (bank account) number. If your bank card does not show the bank account numer, please upload a bank statement. ↓
Incorrect: no information shown. If the requested information is on the back, please upload a photo of the back. If the requested information is not on the back of the card either, please upload a bank statement. ↓
Incorrect: Digital cards are not accepted. ↓
Correct: Name, IBAN (bank account number) and date (no older than 6 months!) must be clearly visible. ↓
Incorrect: Screenshot of a bank transaction or a bank statement is not permitted. Please use a PDF download of your bank statement. ↓
Identity Documents
Correct: Good image with all information clearly visible, it can be used. ↓
Incorrect: Parts of the image have been cut off; it cannot be used. ↓
Incorrect: Image is too blurry; it cannot be used. ↓
Incorrect: Colors of the image adjusted; it cannot be used. ↓
Incorrect: Reflection of light makes ID not readable; it cannot be used. ↓
