You can add a bank account from a large number of countries around the world. We support payout to 70 countries worldwide. Payouts are made in either the local currency, EUR or USD depending on the country where the bank account is located. See below for an overview.

For bank accounts located in countries that are part of the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) and have the Euro as their currency, there are no additional costs involved in the payout.

For payouts in all other countries outside the SEPA area, there are additional costs consisting of a conversion fee (variable %) and a payout fee (fixed).

These additional charges are shown immediately when you add a bank account located in a country outside the SEPA area and are automatically deducted at the time of payout.

We recommend that when paying out to bank accounts from outside the SEPA area, you only pay out at the end of your fundraising campaign - in one go - to minimise the additional (fixed) costs.

The outstanding balance in your account, after deducting fees, should be sufficient to pay out.

Countries not (yet) supported
If you add a bank account from a country that is not yet supported, it will be shown immediately on the screen. Send us an e-mail ([email protected]) requesting to be paid out in that country. We will then contact our payment service provider to see if this is possible.

Countries we do not pay out to
Payouts to certain countries are not possible due to international embargo/sanctions or other reasons including North Korea, Syria, Iran, Cuba, Russia, Crimean region of Ukraine, Luhansk, Donetsk and more. When entering a bank account from a country that cannot be paid out to, this message will appear on the screen. See below for an overview.
