Where to look should there be a disruption to our service

We have done everything possible to ensure that the platform is stable and works seamlessly 24/7.
It may happen that the website experiences a malfunction of some kind. This may be due to a malfunction of the website, but can also be caused by one of the parties we work with. E.g. our hosting partner, our payment service provider (Mollie), our bank (ING), our software vendors or others.
