I have deleted my campaign. But it is still visible on Google?

When you delete a fundraiser, this is automatically passed on to Google with a request to remove the content.

It can take some time for Google to re-index changes on the internet and thus refresh content. It may therefore happen that your campaign can still be found on Google after you have deleted it. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.

However, when visitors click on the link, they will see that the campaign has been removed or discontinued.

Would you like to speed up this process yourself? If so, you can also submit a request directly to Google to have the old page removed straight away. You can do this using this Google tool: https://search.google.com/search-console/remove-outdated-content
